The Weavers of Equity fellowship provides a space of healing, mutual support, and learning that unleashes, nourishes, and amplifies the visionary leadership of Black and Brown women, trans and gender-expansive leaders working in white dominant or multiracial social change-making contexts.

Securing the Roots is a 6-month fellowship to expand the fundraising capacity for change-oriented, community-based, people of color-led organizations in and around Philadelphia with budgets up to $1 million. Partners on this project include our colleagues from Vision Driven Consulting, Media Sutra, and Wealth Reclamation Academy of Practitioners (WRAP).
