In this exciting and harrowing time of racial justice reckoning, we’re focusing our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work on organizations that have laid the groundwork for deep transformation. If you’re getting started, we highly recommend starting with racial justice trainings from our brilliant colleagues at AORTA, Training for Change, Race Forward, The Management Center, and The People’s Institute for Survival and Beyond.
Cost
Our hourly rate depends on your organization's needs and resources. The range is from $200 to $500, and our average rate for clients is $300/hour. We strive to be equitable to ourselves as well as fair to our clients. If your group is aligned with our theory of change and your resources are limited, we’ll do our best to make it work financially, so please get in touch with us.
