Featured Projects

Atlantic Philanthropies

We provided interest-based negotiation training and advice to four human rights organizations in Northern Ireland supported by Atlantic Philanthropies.

Color of Change

We supported Color of Change's Criminal Justice Team to examine team culture, improve systems, and prepare to significantly expand their team.

The United Methodist Church

We conducted dialogue processes with the Peninsula-Delaware and Eastern Pennsylvania Conferences to explore manifestations of structural and institutional racism within the Church. We began with a series of sessions with lay leaders and clergy of color to learn about the experiences of racism these various groups have had within each Conference. We then explored those experiences with each Conference's formal leadership group. We culminated the process with joint dialogue sessions to affirm the key issues identified and develop interventions for addressing them.

Women of Equity

Amadee and our colleague Kris Smith of ArtWell co-facilitate this resiliency group for women of color working in Philadelphia area nonprofits who need support for their work on racial and gender equity inside their organizations. In a group coaching format, we use creative and mindfulness practices to support equity leadership development. The annual cohort was launched and incubated at Bread & Roses Community Fund and is now hosted by ArtWell.
