  • Amnesty International USA: We engaged staff and members to re-envision their organizing model, expanding the scale of grassroots campaigns to fight global human rights violations.
  • 350.org: We facilitated a planning process for directors to push ahead on campaign strategy, management processes and leadership growth.

Public Policy

Negotiation and Conflict Management

  • U.S. Consulate, Jerusalem: At the invitation of Palestinian experts, we partnered to develop and deliver two four-day trainings on approaches to conflict, negotiation and non-violent resistance for forty young political activists.
  • Jewish Reconstructionist Congregation, Chicago: We trained a dozen members of this congregation to facilitate dialogue among members on the topic of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Organizational Development

  • The Leeway Foundation: We facilitated a process of development and change for a philanthropic foundation that was radically changing from being funder-directed to being community-guided.
  • Media and Democracy Coalition: We facilitated meetings of a broad coalition of inside-the-beltway and grassroots FCC watchdog groups.
